Supplements Vs. Whole Food Nutrition

Below is a player for the call from Saturday, April 17th, actually. I am posting it as a "make-up" blog for the 16th. I briefly discuss the principles behind the controversy of the nutritional value of supplements vs. the whole food nutrition. Bottom line: whole foods are ALWAYS a better way to get the nutrition you need although there are certain circumstances where supplements are necessary, such as in people with nutrient deficiencies, etc. Another announcement is that I will be postponing the usual call, and will possibly move it to a weekday evening, perhaps even making it a monthly call.
