Got Oxen?

A lot can be said about a leader and what he/she does in order to reach his/her goals and be successful. But there is always more to the story than just the individual. It is the support from the people around the successful person. The family, friends, and co-workers. The "team" essentially. A great leader brings up the level of his team and helps everyone to play well and perform better individually and as a unit. Without a great leader, a team will be mediocre at best. But without a team, there can be no leader. The other night before bed, I read a little bit from the book of Proverbs which is riddled with sayings (no pun intended) regarding honesty, obedience, leadership, fidelity, temptation, etc., and this one caught my eye and I will leave you with it to end this short blog. Think about it and what it can mean in the areas of your life.
"Without any oxen to pull the plow, your barn will be empty; but with them it will be full of grain." -Proverbs 14:4
Thanks for reading everyone!
