High Pressure
Many of you may be on medication for high blood pressure, or hypertension. If this is the case, the odds are that you are overweight and have a poor diet and are not getting enough exercise. Think about that for a moment. There are many Western diseases and conditions that are caused by conditions that we allow to happen. Why would you want to be on medications? Why should you be? If all you had to do was to live healthier, would you do it? I know that sounds really simple...because it is! Some of my clients are treating high blood pressure as well as lipid disorders with medication, and my goals for them are to get healthy and be free of medications! The best cure is to live healthy people! This means eating healthier, being active, and as a result, enjoying life!
